BioFresh Pure Cleaning's development has been shaped by more than 20 years of commercial cleaning experience, professional education, business networking, and government-contracting preparation.
Led by visionary founder and managing partner Stacy Smith (Shavonda Smith), the company has participated in and utilized respected business and industry organizations over the years, including the Douglas County Chamber of Commerce, the American Business Women's Association (ABWA), ISSA, and the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), now known nationally as the APEX Accelerators program.
These connections represent more than names displayed on a website. They demonstrate BioFresh Pure Cleaning's long-standing commitment to learning, building professional relationships, understanding industry standards, and preparing the company to serve commercial and government customers.
Through Chamber involvement, BioFresh has connected with local businesses and community leaders. Participation in ABWA supported professional growth, women's leadership, and relationship building. Industry involvement with ISSA provided access to commercial-cleaning education, standards, and industry resources.
PTAC provided valuable exposure to government contracting, vendor readiness, procurement processes, bid opportunities, and the requirements businesses must understand when pursuing public-sector contracts. That foundation continues to support BioFresh's expansion into municipal, county, state, and federal contracting opportunities.

BioFresh Pure Cleaning combines this professional foundation with practical experience delivering recurring janitorial service, post-construction cleaning, day porter staffing, floor care, pressure washing, and customized facility-support solutions.
